A1.Hard limit reached(P?)
1. I don't have limit switches!!!
2. The problem occurs in 90% of cases, in long cuts, here, as you can see in the photo, he did over 83% and suddenly boom.
3. Electronics connected correctly, working for several years, nothing overheats.
What could it be?

Hello kulfon250wr,
If you don't have limit switches, you can try to disabled it with the command $21=0 (you will not be able to run homing anymore).

Re: A1.Hard limit reached(P?)
Today was even more interesting. I cut about 47%, did Pause. After about 2 minutes of Pause, this error popped up. It's starting to piss me off because it's making my job a lot harder. Does anyone have an idea what it is or is the only way to change the controls?? I wouldn't really want to because I liked it...

How should I do it from the GRBL console, or add to the commands in the cut file, if so, where at the beginning?
I don't use basing

Re: A1.Hard limit reached(P?)
Hi,
You can do it by connecting a PC to the screen board. But if you are no friendly with it, it is not a piece of cake...
If you are not using limit switch, did you have connected something (wire) on the end stop pin ?
