Nema23 & control boards quality difference?

Hi,
I'm printing and sourcing all the items needed for my first build.
Pulley's, belts and switches all cost around the same on banggood/Aliexpress so no issue there.
However I do find large price differences on the Nema23 steppermotors and stepper control boards. The motors vary between 20€ and 40€ (same specs) or even 90€ for a set of 4 including the TB6600?
Are the low prices too good to be true?
