Got my KIT from AliExpress today

Got the Kit today and it looks fine.

Just unpacked everything and two bags with bolts and two nut bags was broken and there was nuts everywhere in the box.

Common problem. Got the same broken corners with my shipment as well: https://www.makerfr.com/forum/viewtopic ... 146#p34146.
It's not a big problem - just asthetics. I managed to repair and clean the corners up by saturating them in white wood glue, clamp them flat and then reshape them once dried.

I also had bolts everywhere. What is the router z-plate made of?

it's made in aluminium

It really is fun to build, have not had the time to make a lot more than just tests.
