Vibrations

Hi,
I noticed while milling some plywood (multiplex), a high pitched sound/vibration.
My makita 750W corded router at that point starts to go up/down in rpms because the dial wheel on the router starts to turn because of the vibrations.
Any idea how to prevent this from happening?
I usually mill setting the router dial wheel to 3, with 800mm/min feedrate.
