Electronics problem.

I'm 95 % finished building my cnc but I can get the electronics to play well.it powers up fine but with the nunchuck plugged in nothing works.as so on as I disconnect the nunchuck the steppers start doing random twitches and small movements by them self and I have no control from the touch screen or with repetier host.

As writen in the tutorial, CNC doesn't work WITHOUT nunchuk.
Are endstops wired in NC (normally closed) ?
please check again your wiring
If you still have the issue, try with the "ENA" wires disconnected
On the TFT > More, when you click on "spindle on", does the relay works ?

Yes all the end stops are wired correctly.i can get the router to spin up and stop occassionally but sometimes I can't.what are the ENA wires?

Also the router only spins up when the nunchuck is disconnected

ENA wires are on the side of STEP and DIR wire on the shield

Other question, Is your nunchuk well plugged ?

To connect the Nunchuk, as there is no key, look in the socket, you have a side with 3 contacts, and the other with two contacts, they must of course correspond with the tracks of the plug of the shield .

I changed the firmware and now it works except it still wont work in repetier host even after changing the baudrate

Ok,
If it works with Nunchuk function desactivated, it's because your nunchuk seems poor quality.
For Repetier Host connexion issue, please try with another USB port and cable, and another mega 2560 board if you have another one.

I've tried a couple of other wii remotes and none have had any effect.how many volts am I suppose to get on the blue nunchuck pcb.im just trying g to see if I can track down the fault before I look at getting a new board

on the blue nunchuk plug, you should have 3.3v between + and -
if you still have the downloaded firmware on this topic it is normal that no nunchuk works because it is a version with the nunchuk disabled just to test where came the issue.
