Metric collet adapters for Katsu

Maybe someone has found cheap collet adapter for metric bits? I'm still waiting for my bits with 3.175 size to come from China, so I thought about buying one or two from local shop. And everything they have for wood are bit's with 8mm width. They also have 6mm which I suppose would fit into 1/4" collet, but those 6mm bits are too expensive 
Another question - if I would by collet for makita router, will it fit?
