Hello

Im noticed that piece are sligtly bigger then I draw. Example : 10x40 mm is milled about 10,9x 40,9mm. I also notice that small holes are square 2 mm size. I use 1 mm milling bit and corel drav to convert to DXF and thene ESTLCAM.

1mm end mills are a bit small for this kind of machine, try with a slower pass. Did you know the right end mill diameter in estlcam? did you use the function "external contours" for the outline of your parts?
If the problem persists, replace marlin with repetier firmware which is a bit more accurate.
