Hi Anthony,
I went to see that, I think you'll be quickly limited in your design and in the choice of milling options.
You should learn "fusion 360" wich is a complete, powerfull and free software, that could be scary for beginner but you have much tutorials on youtube and you'll see that's not so scary than that !
With Fusion 360 you can draw and generate your G-code as you like without limits in your imagination
You can draw your own 3D model and export in .stl , import on your 3D slicer (slic3r) for 3D printing
You can draw your own 2D/3D model and generate the G-code wich can be directly used by the SD card reader of your R-CNC.
