Je suis passé à Repetier Firmware (10min de boulot, configuration online très simple, firmware qui n'a rien à envier à Marlin. Faut inverser le sens des moteurs et cocher l'option CNC, et copier tes valeurs de steps/mm), j'ai baissé d'un cran mes drivers XY en résolution (1/8) et je suis passé en classe 4 pour la carte SD.
Depuis, plus un seul plantage et je suis bien content de ne plus serrer les fesses à chaque fois que je lance un job.

Aze toujours aussi rappide!! je vient justement de faire une mise a jour " lecture" du forum et est lu ton post a ce sujet.
Je vais changer de firmware.
Plus tu pédale moins fort moins tu avance plus vite :!:

Dis moi aze si tu a 5min a m’accorder est ce que tu pour m'indiquer la valeur correspondent a la r-cnc. Ca me gagnerai un peu de temps :D
Plus tu pédale moins fort moins tu avance plus vite :!:

Tu peux importer mon Configuration.h si tu veux pour avoir une base de départ.
MAIS, j'ai une visse ACME en Z (lead de 2mm) et je crois que je suis en 1/16 (avec un DRV8825), et je suis en 1/8 sur X et Y de mémoire. Donc ajuste à ta sauce tes valeurs de steps/mm.

Bon je viens de téléversé tout ça. Visuellement ça pique déjà hahahaha :lol:
Ca n'a pas l'air super optimisé niveau menu. Enfin si cela me supprime les reboot je ne dirai rien hahahahaha.

On ne peut pas tout avoir: un truc moche qui marche ou un truc beau qui ne marche pas. :twisted:

Le nombre de microstep joue aussi sur les reboots, donc n'hésite pas à baisser en 1/8ème, car si ton atmega à toi est un peu mou du genou, il n'arrive pas à envoyer suffisamment d'instructions lors d'un déplacement et ça reboote, c'est le soucis d'utiliser une carte 8bits cadencée à 16Mhz. Niveau précision, ça ne changera strictement rien par rapport à la souplesse de la machine (on parle en centième de mm si je me souviens bien).

Le truc aussi avec Marlin: y a des pertes d'instructions! Du coup la qualité de mes découpes est passée de moche à perfect en passant sous Repetier. Et ça m'a valu de nombreuses heures de recherche et de réglage de CNC pour rien, car tout mes soucis venait de ce firmware mal codé.

Est ce que tu crois qu'il y a moyen de changer l’aspect (enlever les visuel "imprimante" )
Enlever tous ce qui est température d'extrudeur ect.
Garder les position X,Y,Z mettre une touche origine.
En résumé Axé le firmware plus en contrôleur cnc.

J'ai une cnc plasma en formation 610mm/610mm Avec un System richauto.
Elle fait une mise a zero au démarrage( au fond a droite).
Elle garde ça taille de table constamment, On place la tête ou on veut après on détermine sont origine avec un simple bouton. Pour le coup elle a une touche retour origine. ;)

Il y a des copie beaucoup plus abordable.

L'utilisation du dsp est top.

Tu m'en demandes trop là pour Repetier Firmware, déjà j'ai réussi à faire marcher le truc, m'en demande pas plus :P

Comme on est en courroie, c'est quand même facile de placer la broche à la main quand la machine est hors tension. Et tant qu'elle est sous tension, les drivers X et Y sont 'enable', donc ça ne bouge pas d'un poil et on peut changer de fraise sans perdre sa position et relancer un nouveau gcode. Il suffit juste de refaire son Z (qui lui est disable au bout de qqes minutes, temps à définir dans Repetier Firmware je ne sais plus trop où, donc on peut le bouger sans soucis). A toi d'être malin et de faire un gcode qui démarre et s'arrête au même endroit.

PS: t'es encore sur Estlcam toi? Passe vite à Fusion 360 qui permet de se faire des presets et qui te demandent du coup 10 (100?) fois moins de temps qu'Estlcam pour générer un gcode. Impossible de revenir à Estlcam une fois qu'on le maîtrise.

je ne disais pas ça pour toi directement aze :lol: mais plus pour une idée générale. Mais a parement romain ce penche sur le repetier firmware. Déjà merci beaucoup d'avoir dénicher ça.
J'ai juste eu le temps de téléverser le firmware sans les bon paramétré tout a l'heure , je ne pourrai que m'y remettre la semaine prochaine vue que je ne suis pas chez moi cette semaine :cry:
Une fois que je n'est plus les reboot je finalise ma vidéo pour passer a la mis a jour de X :D

Les reset de firmware se résume par une surcharge de lecture de G-code. Fin de mouvement a vide de X pour moi. :x

Une fois la partie 5 en vidéo j'attaque la modification de X.
Plus tu pédale moins fort moins tu avance plus vite :!:
