Converting root 3 to rs-cnc32

I have a question for you.
I would like to convert my Root 3 cnc project to an rs-cnc32 project.
However, before purchasing the parts and printing, I would like to ask if I can use Nema 23 motors with 20/3M/9mm and 24/3M/9 gears and a 9HTD3M belt for the project. The rest, such as bearings and other elements, are not a problem, but I would not like to throw away everything from the old project.
