9.Locked (alarm or jog)
1.I get this error every time I run it. Unlocking it requires moving the axis forward/back three times and then the padlock unlocks it. What could it be? I didn't have this in firmware 1, now in 2.1 every time.
2. In firmware 1, after starting the engines were not blocked, the head could be moved. Unfortunately, in 2.1 it is not possible to do it manually, is it on purpose or is something wrong with me?

Re: 9.Locked (alarm or jog)
Hi kulfon250wr,
The message "Cmd JOG:missing OK" means there is no answer received from GRBL within 500msec for Jog command (moving with nunchuck or with arrow in Auto mode).
This is probably a consequence of an error in GRBL.
Could you give us the answer to the command "?" when GRBL is Locked ?
Thanks

Re: 9.Locked (alarm or jog)
The nunchuk is connected and after manual unlocking it works normally.
Clean software 2.1 is installed, without any changes.
I don't really know how to check the "?" command. Can you explain what to do, I'm not an IT specialist.

Hi kulfon250wr,
Could you confirm that u are using GRBL board V1.0/1.5 and not GRBL board V2.0 ?
Did you make any change in GRBL configuration ?
Did you use a software to connect a PC to GRBL lately ?
See u

This is a parameter of GRBL that you can set with the $1=255 command.kulfon250wr a écrit : ↑01 févr. 2024 22:49 2. In firmware 1, after starting the engines were not blocked, the head could be moved. Re: 9.Locked (alarm or jog)
Hi kulfon250wr,
In WebUI you can send the command "?" in the window Commands and post the answer.
You can so check the value of $1 by sending "$1" command. Otherwise you can send all this commands with a software as LightBurn, LaserGRBL, Estlcam, ...
Which software are u using ?

Be careful, you have to unplug the screen board when connecting a PC to the ESP of the GRBL board (same serial port).kulfon250wr a écrit : ↑02 févr. 2024 20:50 Did you make any change in GRBL configuration ?

Sorry, I made a mistake, you'are right for unlocking the motor the value of $1 shouldn't be 255.
Good job !
Do you still get an alarm ?
See you

Re: 9.Locked (alarm or jog)
The alarms are still there as in the photos and I have to manually unclick them
