Good day fellow CNCers, sadly i cannot order anything from Aliexpress because my country got 'blacklisted' there and shipping is crazy expensive, for example, if i buy something for 10$, shipping is 20-30$(aliexpress premium shipping only) is it possible to complete RS-cnc32 using Arduino (+ GRBL software) with CNC shield V3 Protoneer because that is only electronics i can find at the moment...So, everything will be same as tutorial on this site except touchscreen/joystick/endstop switches/spindle relay....Sorry for asking such a dumb question (still i CAN buy NEMA 17-23)

Yes it is possible to use any kind of electronic.
Note that the Nema23 are normally foreseen for about 2.8A.
The CNC shield V3 Protoneer can not provide 2.8A. I think it is max 2A.
So your current will be limited and the motors will provide less force.
There will be a higher risk of loosing steps but it will probably work.
