Not sure if I've done something wrong, but my plate wheels (those that you use to level the bed) seem to stick out far enough that the carriages rub against them. I'm using plywood frame and everything has come together nicely, but not sure why the plate wheels are seeming so 'bulky'. I may have to bore out some of the wood to have them recess in a little bit to help.
Anyone else run into this problem?

I have the same very small clearance issue. Doesn't rub though, but it's very close (1mm maybe).
