Uneven Bed Level

hello dear

i have a problem strugling from the first day build.
now i have genuine BLTouch v3.0 still the same problem i can print only on one side of the bed
other part are high level cant touch the bed and right side nozzle cuts the PEI sheet.

i used pronterface with G29 command it gives me this results

as you can see bed level is not right but meaning of using BLtouch should fix this leveling right
is there any small point that i am missing to work this out.

im bussy with printing of CNC parts small pars are ok to me but with large parts its impossible

Hi Reis,

Do you want to mean that the nozzle touch the bed before the BlTouch be triggered ?
If yes, you just have to put M3 washers between the Bltouch body and its printed support.
And set a new Z offset.

Nozlle touches not every part of the heatbed its like my hetabed is bended or deformed.
if its deformed or bended why bltouch should that calculate and adjust the hight i guess.

i will add this evening and let you inform.

washers helped very much its works better now but i believe i have bended my heatbed to

becouse iprinted 0.3mm thick object and front is 0.3 back side is 0.15mm i will adjust the z height and i leave as it is.
