Re: Not returning from new buttons

Thanks Aze, I had seen that but it’s a good point and could be the cause of the alarm. I just wondered if there was any instructions for the calibration under the tools menu

Re: Not returning from new buttons

I think I hadn’t gone through the calibration process for the probe properly. Is the anything written down on how to do that with the z probe? Many thanks

Re: Not returning from new buttons

I would have to check. Are you using the latest version of the firmware? It is available here https://github.com/mstrens/grbl_controller_esp32 Thanks for the quick reply. Not returning from new buttons

Hi,
Can anyone help on this. I managed to create a z probe button as described in the excellent instructions, but after completing the probe check the cancel button, or anything else won’t let me return to any other screen. Has anyone else found this?
Many thanks

Re: Kasu collect adapter and suggested bit

Hi,
I hope Roman won’t mind me dropping this in, but I did post this earlier on the forum which maybe of interest, which shows how you can do it.

Not sure if this helps or not, but I find that if I press the reset button first, it always works correctly.

Re: RS CNC? Great job!

Hi Oli, I certainly agree with you that it’s a brilliant job. Mine is finished and being fully used. Can I just tell you what I did in response to your question 1. You are right that something like the Katsu router only accepts bits of the two sizes you mention. I wanted the range offered by the er1...
