the spindle stops working during work.
hi guys i have a cnc with grbl 32bits card with a katsu spindle for two years now. the spindle is powered by the relay present on the board and I have never had any problems. now all of a sudden the spindle stops during work and then suddenly turns on again, perhaps only for a few seconds before tur...

Post processor with Aspire.
hi guys, do any of you use Aspire for your work? I use it and I am happy only that I would like to ask someone with more experience than me what type of post processor you use. I found one that goes well with the software of our machine but every time I am forced to manually edit the file in order t...

Re: spindle port problem.
I solved. It was the welds under the relay. However, I have another question to ask. The katsu is switched on and off via the relay, but the spindle speed can be set via software and entered in the gcode, or must it be set manually with the wheel above the katasu? Thank you.

Re: spindle port problem.
I did not mean that the relay was mounted upside down but that maybe the sandings are not stable. I don't hear any clicks when the spindle has to activate. Today I check the welds of the relay and the stm32.

Re: spindle port problem.
Could the relay have been mounted incorrectly?

working speed - milling thickness and types of cutters
hi guys I wanted to discuss with you on the subject of the post. Let's start with the milling speed I set it at 900 mm / min for all processes. it is a little low and the work takes a little longer but the machine works well. How much do you set it? Tool penetration thickness, I use 3mm for roughing...

Re: problem with tutorial for laser module
after various tests I realized that if I connect the laser with the driver and connect the driver's TTL pins with the PCB's PWM pins, the laser does not work if I disconnect the PWM pins the laser works.
setting problems?

Re: problem with tutorial for laser module
thanks for the answer is sorry, I have little experience with electronics. knowing that the firmware was updated I downloaded and installed it this morning. my laser nn has a switch but if I connect it directly to 12v it works correctly. my laser is this: IMG_20200501_174423.jpg I also tried using a...

problem with tutorial for laser module
hi all guys, I need a hand. i am following the tutorial to add the laser module to my rs32. I connected and mounted everything but the laser does not turn on. after several attempts I realized that the problem should be the pwm output of the grbl board. I connected a tester to the pwm pins and I not...
