Re: missing steps in jog mode but not when carving

This is a really interesting upgrade, thanks for posting the video and the links. I will certainly give it a go.

Re: Need help with GCODE for tool changer probe

I appretiate this isnt quite the same but have you taken a look at the instructions on the CNC32 for implementing a z probe. This may help you get started at least. https://www.makerfr.com/en/cnc/grbl-32-bits-board/mode-demploi-du-tft/ G91 G21 ; (Relative position in mm.) G38.2 Z-30 F100 ;(Search of...

Re: New Fixed Dust shoe design

I have used this one for some time, which is probably similar, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3815275, but modified with this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3898762, to stop blocking and reduce noise. I find that using ( vertically sliced) 1mm silicone sheet as the skirt is more flexible and l...

Re: Alluminium Z plate

Just as a follow up in case anyone is considering this, I ordered this and its great. Nicely made and packed for shipping from Poland. I would recommend.

Alluminium Z plate

Does anyone know of someone that can supply a ready machined alluminium z plate for the RS-CNC32?

Many thanks

Re: vibration.

A quick translate of mstrens reply This actually seems to indicate that the ESP32 is operating normally but that GRBL (on the STM32) has stopped working and no longer responds to ESP32 commands. This has nothing to do with a problem of overheating of driver or motor. Unfortunately, I am not familiar...

Re: RS-CNC pausing / stopping sporadically

Hi Sebastian I’m not sure if you saw this response recently elsewhere on the Forum from mstrens, but it could also be the cause I have read in other posts that the sudden problem of the engines during work could be caused by a communication error between the esp32 and stm32 and that this problem cou...

Re: vibration.

Hi, Can you give us a little more information on what material you are machining? What sort of depth and feed rates are you using? Does the machine have these vibrations when you are moving but not cutting? There are a lot of variables to consider but if you can give us a bit more info or even post ...
